Return Policy

What can I return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We can’t accept returns with marks (makeup, deodorant, fake tan, etc.). Items labelled Non-Returnable can’t be returned.
Online orders can be returned within 14 days upon purchase date.

Faulty item?

Let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
Faults reported within 3 months are reviewed; after that, it’s likely general wear and tear.

How to start a return?

First, send us an email at jaka.amsterdam@gmail.com. Please list your name, order number, items purchased, date purchased, and a reason for returning the item. Additionally, please include pictures about the item, showing that it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Complaints submitted via any other channel than email can not be considered.

Return fees

Return postage is deducted from your refund, and please note that original shipping fees and Swap Protect aren’t refundable. 

Refunds

Processed back to your original payment method. Allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear once approved. In case of return, you will be refunded for the item price, excluding any shipping fee.
